At Alzea, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, carefully crafted garments. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return policy below. Our policy ensures it complies with the Australian consumer law (ACC) requirements.

Eligibility for an exchange:

  1. The item must be in the same condition you received the item
  2. Must be unworn, unused with tags and in its original packaging.
  3. Must issue return within 14 days of delivery day
  4. Receipt such as order confirmation will be needed for proof of purchase

  1. Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please contact us with photos and your order number so we can assess your eligibility in line with the ACL.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
